135 Audley Road is a comfortable, functional, self-contained, centrally-heated, two-bedroom ground floor flat in a residential neighbourhood. It has two single beds in each bedroom, two of which can be linked as a double. It is situated approximately three miles from the centre of Newcastle, with easy access to local transport links, shopping, and major tourist attractions. There is on-street car parking, no permits. One may not always get parked immediately outside the property.
The flat is approximately 7 miles from Newcastle Airport, with a direct Metro links from there to South Gosforth. The link by Metro from Newcastle Central Station is also direct.
The flat is an ideal base for work-related trips, and for those visiting friends and family in the area. It is also well placed for visits to the Northumberland countryside and coast, Durham City, North Yorkshire, The Lake District and Scottish Borders.
Within walking distance, local amenities include: South Gosforth Metro, Sainsbury’s Local, takeaways, and local pubs. Jesmond Dene is nearby for a stroll.

The flat is centrally heated and this is set/adjusted to suit guests needs.
Lounge/Dining Room has a two-seater conservatory sofa with two armchairs, plus a dining table with 4 chairs. The smart TV has Freeview and will connect to Netflix.
Bedrooms. There are two single beds in each room, and the beds in larger room can be linked as a double. There is open rail hanging and drawers for clothes.
Bathroom is small, with an electric shower over the bath. The radiator is always on and a ceiling pulley is in place for airing/drying towels and clothing. Some guests, e.g in a party of 3 or 4 may find the shared use of a small bathroom inconvenient.
Outside Yard is accessed from the kitchen, and is self-contained.
There is a highchair, but no other facilities for young children or babies.
There is a step up to the front door, one step down from the lounge area to the kitchen, and two steps down from the kitchen to the outside yard. The bathroom is very small and will not accommodate a wheelchair. Showering involves stepping in and out of the bath.
